KokaideuBindaas reflects the life of two brothers in a most unassuming way. The core of the story deals with the issues of commitment, priorities in life, longing for loved ones and of course, that strong desire to feel at home. When this story was narrated, I felt, I could take this story and create a film, which will give the audiencea little insight about life and its priorities.

The events that unfold in the film when these two brothers set out on a journey, eventually, changes something so basic about their nature that both journeys, one external and the other internal, become synonymous with each other. Two brothers who are polar opposite, takes something of each other in that journey and hence, this adds a deep layer to this film. For me, this film will take the audience on an entertaining journey of these brothers and also, might give them a fresh perspective about one’s life.

Movie Synopsis

Happy-go-lucky Apratym finds out that his girlfriend Sudakshina’s family is opposed to them getting married. Now he has to figure a way to fix this. A trusted and level headed partner is what he needs to pull it off. And he could think of no one better than his elder brother in Bengaluru. However, a hard core careerist like Apurba probably won’t have time for matters of heart. So, an elaborate plan gets hatched by Apratym to bring him to Guwahati!

What happens when two brothers who are seemingly poles apart, come face to face after a long time?

Will they find enough reasons to stand by each other?

Will love manage to triumph all odds? A heartfelt sibling story about their longest journey – that could eventually take them home, help them find out what it takes to be brothers and warmly wish each other – KOKAIDEU BINDAAS !
